IF SOMETHING IS ALREADY WRONG
Tell us before joining.
A new membership does not automatically cover an existing fault, and it is not an urgent repair booking. For smoke, gas smells, exposed wiring or other immediate hazards, stop using the appliance and seek appropriate emergency assistance.
